Shipping within the United States
For the launch of the Joseandmariabarrera.com SHOP online page, for the immediate future we will only be selling and shipping to customers in the United States. If you live outside of the Unites States you may inquire about our product by emailing to email@example.com with a picture of the item you are interested in and your address and country you would need it shipped to. We will look into the details and cost of shipping and will email you back with cost details and or let you know if there is a retail store we sell to that might be close to you.
We will not sell, share or trade any information you supply to us with a third party. Any information we collect is used to provide you with a better shopping experience and to facilitate us in fulfillment operations. From time to time, we may send sale information, product updates, etc. via US mail and/or electronically via email. For wholesale inquiries please contact our corporate office by phone or email. In order to purchase The Barrera line for re-sale you must meet our order minimum and have a physical retail store location or have a website that is currently live with customer service policies posted online. Please fill out the informational form below.
Please email to let us know of your repair. We provide service for our jewelry in need of repair from normal usage. Please ship your item to our corporate office in a manner in which it may be tracked. Please include on package; your name, return address and phone number. When we receive the item, we will reply with an estimated turnaround time for your repaired item.

Return policy for Items purchased on our Shop page
If you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, your item may be returned within 14 days from receipt of delivery and must be in same condition received. For all returns please email us at email@example.com to obtain an RA# and include a description /reason for return and we will issue an RA to process refund with additional information for returning merchandise. Refund will not be issued till item is received in our warehouse. Shipping charges are not refundable. For your security, please return your purchased item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS ) and retain your receipt. Jose and Maria Barrera Company LTD. is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit back to us.
We do not accept any returns for exchanges or credit of items that are not purchased from our website but we do accommodate repairs free of charge.
